All purchases, whether merchandise or gift cards, are non-refundable. For any merchandise that is damaged due to shipping, we provide credit to use At Southern Splendor. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? Southern Splendor is known for a diverse and high quality selection of products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted within 14 days from the Invoice Date. Please be sure to check your merchandise immediately upon receipt, as no credits will be granted after 14 days. If you find an error with your order, you must also contact us within 14 days to make corrections. You will receive an acknoweldgement email within 1-2 days from your order being placed. To ensure the accuracy of your orders, please check the acknowledgement promptly and report any changes by emailing or calling us. HOW TO REPORT DAMAGES OR ERRORS: Please email us. A Southern Splendor agent will then contact you to resolve the issue, and images may be requested. Credits, when appropriate, will be issued upon 3 business days of resolution.
SHIPPING & HANDLING Rates for shipping are determined by the total dollar amount prior to taxes within a single order. We use UPS for our shipments and charge a flat fee on the total dollar amount (before taxes). We do not use a retail partner’s shipping account number—there are no exceptions to this provision. Orders placed that are over $500 will receive free shipping. FAQ: WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS? This will depend on the availability of the items that you are ordering. The notification includes a tracking number for the shipment and a list of all items shipped to you. CAN YOU DROP SHIP AN ITEM DIRECTLY TO MY CUSTOMER? We cannot drop ship an item directly at this time, but we expect to add this feature soon.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Online orders can be placed at https://www.southern-splendor.com for shipping and pickup at the Murrells Inlet store. If you wish to see the items in person, the store is located at 4640 US Highway 17S, Murrells Inlet SC 29576. IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER? We value your choice as to what finds you splendor, so there is no maximum order that can be placed. In some cases, no two pieces are identical, which explains the slight variations in size or color of the same item. These unique variations are part of the charm of these particular products.
