We use UPS for our shipments and charge a flat fee on the total dollar amount (before taxes).each order.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
This will depend on the availability of the items that you are ordering. If merchandise is in-stock, we will generally ship within 2 days of receipt of your order. If you see something you like, but it is not in stock when browsing, complete the customer form on the website or call the store at (843) 344-4451 to determine whether we can place on order for you and the anticipated availability/delivery date.
WHAT IS THE TRANSIT TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Orders will ship via UPS ground service from Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The transit time varies, depending on your location.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When your order ships from our store or distributor, you will receive an email informing you of the change in status. The notification includes a tracking number for the shipment and a list of all items shipped to you.
CAN YOU DROP SHIP AN ITEM DIRECTLY TO MY CUSTOMER?
We cannot drop ship an item directly at this time, with exception of registry services.
