HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Online orders can be placed at www.southern-splendor.com for shipping and pickup at the Murrells Inlet store.

If you wish to see the items in person, the store is located at 5180 US Highway 17S, Murrells Inlet SC 29576.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER?

We value your choice as to what finds you splendor, so there is no maximum order that can be placed.  Factors to consider that influence order size and timing include inventory available, shipping desired, and internal processing time. 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?

This will depend on the availability of the items that you are ordering. If merchandise is in-stock, we will generally ship within 2 days of receipt of your order. If you see something you like, but it is not in stock when browsing, complete the customer form on the website or call the store at (843) 344-4451 to determine whether we can place on order for you and the anticipated availability/delivery date. 

WHAT IS THE TRANSIT TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Orders will ship via UPS ground service from Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The transit time varies, depending on your location.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

When your order ships from our store or distributor, you will receive an email informing you of the change in status.  The notification includes a tracking number for the shipment and a list of all items that shipped to you.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

It depends upon whether that item is in still in stock and available to order from our vendor companies.    If you see something you like, but it is not in stock when browsing, complete the customer form on the Contact Us page or call the store at (843) 344-4451 to determine whether we can place on order for you and the anticipated availability/delivery date. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONLINE?

Orders may be changed up to 24 hours after the original order is placed.

QUALITY:

Several of our products are made by local artisans in the local area or from other parts of the world.  In some cases, no two pieces are identical, which explains the slight variations in size or color of the same item.
